Processing Times
Orders will be processed within 2-7 business days from the date that your order was placed. However, we always try our best to ship out orders within the first two business days after your order is placed!
Remember, all of our products are handmade with love, so our processing times are a little longer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Denielle Designs is not responsible for your package once it is in the hands of the carrier. If your package had been marked as "delivered" but you haven't received your item, please check with your local post office or neighbors.

International Shipping
All sticker-only orders will be shipped untracked via letter mail to minimize shipping costs. You may choose to upgrade to tracked shipping for an additional cost.
